QUE and SOR Synergistically Suppress Liver Cancer Growth In Vitro and In Vivo

In vitro studies have demonstrated that QUE, either alone or in combination with SOR, effectively suppressed the proliferation of Huh7R cells and induced apoptosis. Moreover, in Huh7R mouse models, QUE alone or in combination with SOR resulted in a significant reduction in transplanted tumor volume and weight, effectively inhibiting tumor growth without any adverse effects on the survival status of the animals. These findings suggest that QUE may have potential as a therapeutic agent for the treatment of liver cancer, either alone or in combination with SOR.
