I have always found that complex and esoteric things tend to bore me, as they can often feel like a waste of time and energy. In my opinion, life is too short to spend it on things that don't bring us joy and fulfillment. I would much rather focus on doing meaningful and fulfilling activities that leave me feeling satisfied and content.

On the other hand, I have also found that mundane and tedious tasks can be just as draining. When I am forced to spend too much time on boring activities, it can start to take a toll on my mood and emotions. I think it's important to strike a balance between doing things that challenge us and keep us engaged, while also taking breaks and giving ourselves time to recharge.
