During my internship at NetEase, our intern team received a task to create an online data dashboard. As the project leader, I led the team to complete the task. I was chosen as the leader because of my strong logical thinking and ability to break down problems. Additionally, I was responsible for the dashboard presentation course, so it was easier for me to contact relevant colleagues to provide data.

I first broke down the project into three parts: data collection, code writing, and dashboard beautification. The main difficulty we faced was that nobody in the intern team knew how to write the code required for the dashboard. So, I contacted our data analysis colleagues and asked if they could teach us one hour of code basics every night. I also found some online code courses as learning supplements for the team. Since our project could reduce a lot of workload for our data colleagues, they happily agreed.

For the next week, the three of us learned code basics with our data colleagues at night, while during the day, I was responsible for communicating and obtaining data with our colleagues. Student A was good at design and beautification, so I assigned him the task of beautifying the dashboard. I asked him to look at other team's dashboard layouts and color schemes on the company website. Student B learned the code smoothly, so I assigned him the task of writing the theme code. Every week, I held two progress meetings on Wednesday and Friday, where we recorded the team's problems and current progress.

In this way, our intern team completed the dashboard on time. We also learned basic code writing together, and we got to know each other better. In the following work, our communication became smoother. I am happy that I was able to lead the intern team to grow together, which means I have the ability to make a beneficial contribution to the team.
