pH Responsiveness and Cytotoxicity Evaluation of a Toolbox using MCF-7 Cells

To confirm the pH sensitivity and potential toxicity of the toolbox, MCF-7 cells were seeded in a 96-well plate. The groups tested included a control group (no treatment), a group treated with the Blank solution at pH 6.0, a group treated with the toolbox at pH 7.4, and a group treated with the toolbox at pH 6.0. Each group was tested in triplicate.
