Collaboration Opportunity: Optimizing NOI HVL FP Reduction

Despite SQ's limitation on the NOI HVL FP reduction goal, we found an opportunity for collaboration. Our data deep dive identified 'Error' as the primary driver, with 'tool error' and 'investigator error' as main contributors. Enhancing CDT's internal SOP is key to achieving this goal, limiting SQ's contribution. However, SQ can monitor NOI appeal rate, identify knowledge gaps in the appeal process, and make contributions to the goal.
