SPUF Feedback Amplifier Chain: Design and Structure

The overall structure of the feedback amplifier chain SPUF proposed in this article is shown in Figure 1. It consists of four parts, including the entropy source generation module, the entropy source quantization module, the digital control module, and the driving buffer module. The entropy source generation module is composed of n-level cascades, with each level containing m A-Type amplifiers controlled by input excitation, achieving the function of nonlinear superposition of different entropy source units according to external excitation selection. The entropy source quantization module consists of a fixed B-Type amplifier chain, which digitizes the analog voltage output from the entropy source generation module. Finally, it enters the driving buffer module and outputs the response.
