Collaboration Opportunity: New Evidence FP HVLs & Invoice Repository Management

We shared our collaboration proposal with TSE and discovered they are exploring an invoice repository management system to aid in reducing enforcement. This presents an opportunity to collaborate on the 'New Evidence' FP HVLs that SQ can support in pre-enforcement education. TSE will provide more information on the 'New Evidence' investigation workflow and assess the potential for upstream involvement.
