QUE's Potential to Reverse SOR Resistance in HCT116R Cells: A Mechanistic Investigation

This work aims to investigate whether QUE could reverse the acquired resistance of SOR-resistant cells named HCT116R to SOR and to gain insight into the molecular mechanism of this process. The objective of this study is to explore the potential of QUE in reversing the acquired resistance of HCT116R cells to SOR, and to elucidate the underlying molecular mechanisms. Specifically, we seek to investigate whether QUE can effectively restore the sensitivity of SOR-resistant HCT116R cells to SOR, and to provide a comprehensive understanding of the cellular pathways and signaling events involved in this process. By employing advanced analytical techniques and experimental methodologies, we aim to shed light on the potential therapeutic applications of QUE in overcoming drug resistance in cancer cells.
