Houses? A Big, Fat Waste of Money! Listen Up!

Listen folks, let me tell you something about houses. They only last 60 years, and sometimes even less. Putting your wealth into something like that is just plain ridiculous. Passing it down for generations? Forget about it! Some people say that the government will compensate you if they demolish your house after a certain amount of time. But hold on a minute, that compensation only happens if it covers the cost of the demolition. And if it doesn't, guess what? No compensation for you! Just look at those high-rise buildings in third or fourth tier cities. I bet you in a few decades, the government won't even bother demolishing them because it's just not worth the cost. That's why those city governments are so obsessed with building new areas, because they know those old buildings won't last.

Now for the average Joe, it's pretty hard to find a wealth carrier that can be passed down for generations. That's why most people have to work their entire lives. And let's take a look at our history. Even in rural areas, people would work hard to build a house for their children, only for it to crumble and be rebuilt years later. It's a never-ending cycle of struggle just to stay afloat.

So let's face it folks, for most of us, passing down wealth is just a pipe dream. We're only chasing after a fleeting bubble of wealth that will disappear in the blink of an eye.
