I mean, have you seen some of those old houses in the city center? They look like they're falling apart. But people still pay over 5 million for them? Come on! In Europe and America, they have houses with front yards, backyards, modern furniture, and private property rights. Now, when it comes to wealth, you need two things, folks: private ownership and liquidity. You gotta be able to sell it and get your money back.
