This work proposes a feedback-based current-starved enhancement-enhancement amplifier (E-E AMP) chain structure as an entropy source generating circuit for PUF. The E-E AMP's irreversibility is utilized to allow the entropy source characteristics to nonlinearly propagate in the chain and balance the impact on PUF output in each stage. In addition, the feedback connection allows for multiple iterations of the entropy source signal in the chain, resulting in strong resistance to machine learning attacks.
