SiQDs-(K/L-P)ox: A Novel Fluorescent Probe for Highly Sensitive and Specific Detection of ONOO-
Figure 3c illustrates that when ONOO- (20 μM) is added to SiQDs-(K/L-P)ox for 1 minute, the fluorescence is significantly quenched, and the change in trend slows down after 10 minutes. Therefore, we have chosen 10 minutes as the optimal reaction time for SiQDs-(K/L-P)ox and ONOO-. In Figure 3d-f, we investigated the effects of temperature, pH, and laser irradiation time on the stability of the material. We found that the fluorescence intensity of SiQDs-(K/L-P)ox was consistently higher than that of SiQDs-Cat and (K/L-P)ox, with pH and laser irradiation time having little impact on it. The highest fluorescence intensity was observed at pH 5, and SiQDs-(K/L-P)ox reached its highest fluorescence intensity at 30℃. Therefore, we conclude that the optimal conditions for detecting ONOO- are at 30℃ and pH 5. Our comparative experimental results demonstrate that SiQDs-(K/L-P)ox has superior optical properties and specificity for ONOO- detection than SiQDs-Cat.
