In conclusion, this paper differentiates regions by incorporating economic indicators of Hong Kong and uses the random forest method to construct a regression model to fit the listing prices of sailboats and their influencing factors in the Hong Kong (SAR) market. The study finds that the impact of catamarans and monohulled sailboats is different. For the high economic level of Hong Kong, catamarans are usually more stable, faster, and have larger hull space than monohulled sailboats, but require more spacious berths and higher costs. Monohulled sailboats can provide a more traditional and classic sailing experience and may be more suitable for single-person driving or smaller teams in some cases. The model also reflects this well, with the predicted price of catamarans being higher than that of monohulled sailboats in Hong Kong, a high-income region. This finding corresponds to the conclusion obtained in problem two, which once again demonstrates the rationality and accuracy of the model.
