The experimental subjects were housed in a commercial boar stud. The pigsty was a fully enclosed structure equipped with a water curtain cooling system and a positive pressure air filtration system. The ambient temperature was maintained between 15-25℃, with a daily photoperiod of 16 hours. Each boar was individually penned and received two meals per day, consuming 1.25-1.5 kg of commercial feed per feeding, tailored to the nutritional needs of adult boars. Access to fresh drinking water was provided ad libitum.
