Subthreshold Current Arrays (SCAs) for Machine Learning Attack Defense

One of the earlier designs that used subthreshold region non-linear characteristics for machine learning attack defense is subthreshold current arrays (SCAs) [5]. This design utilizes the complex current-voltage characteristics of MOS transistors operating in the subthreshold region, by arranging them in a series and parallel connection to form an array.
