According to the 20th National Congress report, building a strong agricultural country and vigorously developing 'smart agriculture' is to provide technological impetus for the high-quality development of agriculture. 'Smart agriculture' is the integration of modern information technology and agricultural production, which changes the existing agricultural production methods through technology. 'Smart agriculture' integrates the latest agricultural technology achievements and represents the global trend of agricultural development. At the same time, the development of 'smart agriculture' cannot be separated from financial support. Traditional financial support has gradually lost momentum in the continuous development of 'smart agriculture', while the emergence of digital finance has injected new vitality into the development of 'smart agriculture'.

This article mainly focuses on the development of 'smart agriculture' in Tianhe District, Guangzhou, and the support of finance for its 'smart agriculture' from two aspects.
