2300 Students in Ningxia Embark on 108-Mile Walk to Honor Martyrs

On April 1st, 2300 teachers and students in Guyuan City, Ningxia walked 108 miles to honor martyrs. The deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Guyuan City Second Middle School, Mian Youlu, said that the event was initiated in 1995 and has been held annually since then. This was his seventh time leading students to participate.

Mian Youlu believes that the best education is through personal experience. He hopes that students can pay tribute to the martyrs, sharpen and exercise themselves through the activity of walking 108 miles to honor the martyrs.
