The Tenderer bears full responsibility for providing all the necessary hardware components, software, resources, and associated services to ensure the efficient implementation and flawless operation of the proposed solution. Therefore, it is imperative for the Tenderer to provide detailed specifications for all selected products in their submitted documents, ensuring transparency and clarity. Vague descriptions or relying solely on product catalogs to create confusion and obscure the specific models and configurations of servers, databases, firewalls, software, and hardware provided by the Tenderer would not be acceptable.
