The tenderer shall bear full responsibility for furnishing all necessary hardware components, software, resources, and related services for the successful implementation and flawless operation of the proposed solution. Therefore, it is imperative for the tenderer to explicitly detail the selection of all products in their submitted documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability. Vague descriptions relying solely on product brochures for various equipment should be avoided, as they may confuse the client and fail to specify the models and configurations of the provided servers, databases, firewalls, software, and hardware components.
