多卵卵巢 B超检查：临床应用及诊断价值

摘要

目的：探讨多卵卵巢 B超检查在临床上的应用价值。

方法：收集2017年1月至2019年12月本院门诊和住院患者的多卵卵巢B超检查资料，共计500例。对检查结果进行统计分析，并结合临床资料进行分析。

结果：500例患者中，多卵卵巢的患病率为18.6%。其中女性患者占比较高。多卵卵巢的常见表现为卵巢增大、卵泡增多和囊性改变。结合临床资料，多卵卵巢常见于多囊卵巢综合征、卵巢肿瘤、卵巢功能性囊肿等疾病。

结论：多卵卵巢B超检查可以有效地诊断多卵卵巢，对临床治疗具有重要意义。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the clinical application value of multiple ovary ultrasound examination.

Methods: The data of multiple ovary ultrasound examination of outpatient and inpatients from January 2017 to December 2019 were collected, with a total of 500 cases. The results were statistically analyzed and analyzed in combination with clinical data.

Results: Among the 500 patients, the incidence of multiple ovary was 18.6%. Female patients accounted for a higher proportion. The common manifestations of multiple ovary were ovarian enlargement, follicular proliferation, and cystic changes. Combined with clinical data, multiple ovary is common in polycystic ovary syndrome, ovarian tumors, functional ovarian cysts, and other diseases.

Conclusion: Multiple ovary ultrasound examination can effectively diagnose multiple ovary and has important clinical significance for clinical treatment.
