We cloned NtTCP5, NtTCP7, NtTCP13, NtTCP18, NtTCP20, NtTCP29, NtTCP36, and NtTCP38, which are responsive to tobacco mosaic virus, and constructed the pCAMBIA2300YFP-NtTCP overexpression vector. Subcellular localization analysis revealed that these eight NtTCP genes are localized in the nucleus.
