Synthesis of Cesium Oleate: A Detailed Protocol for the Preparation of a Precursor for Perovskite Solar Cells

0.1017 g of Cs2CO3, 5 mL of ODE, and 0.32 mL of OA were mixed together in a 100 mL three-neck flask. The mixture was heated under vacuum at 120℃ for 50 minutes until no more bubbles were produced. The solution was then heated under nitrogen atmosphere to 150℃ until the Cs2CO3 solution became completely transparent. The temperature was then lowered to 110℃ and the solution was left to cool for further use.
