This article mainly uses natural iron-containing clay minerals to remove antibiotics from water, and explores the adsorption mechanism of oxidized clay minerals on antibiotics. Furthermore, it investigates the adsorption and differential mechanisms of antibiotics by oxidized and reduced clay minerals under Redox change conditions. In response to the problem of low efficiency of hydroxyl radical repair of pollutants produced by aerobic oxidation of iron-containing clay minerals, an attempt is made to promote the activation of Fe2+ in clay minerals by adding ligands to produce hydroxyl radicals through molecular oxygen, in order to degrade pollutants.
