Five Goats (wǔ yáng) refers to the Five Goats, which is a symbol of Guangzhou, a city in southern China. According to legend, five celestial beings rode into Guangzhou on five goats, each carrying a sheaf of rice. They gave the rice to the people of the city, and then ascended back to the heavens.
