Electric Logistics Vehicles: Cost Advantages in Long-Distance Distribution and Sensitivity to Fuel Prices and Subsidies

Based on the actual data of an agricultural product distribution company in Shenzhen, the analysis shows that, considering purchase subsidies, fuel logistics vehicles tend to serve customers within a short distance, while electric logistics vehicles tend to serve customers within a long distance, indicating that electric logistics vehicles only demonstrate cost advantages in long-distance distribution. In parameter sensitivity analysis, the increase in oil prices and purchase subsidies can promote the adoption of electric logistics vehicles by enterprises, while the decrease in purchase prices and battery prices of electric logistics vehicles can also promote their adoption.
