Hybrid Vehicle Configuration and Path Planning for Logistics: Impact of Carbon Reduction Policies

This research focuses on the long-term operation of logistics enterprises and constructs a model for configuring and planning routes for hybrid vehicles, including fuel and electric logistics vehicles, with time windows. It examines the effects of purchase subsidies and carbon reduction policies (such as carbon taxes and cap-and-trade mechanisms) on the configuration of hybrid vehicles and carbon emissions within logistics businesses. The objectives are to offer a reference framework for logistics companies to optimize vehicle configurations, streamline delivery routes, reduce costs, enhance efficiency, and provide decision-making support for government authorities in formulating effective carbon reduction policies specifically for the logistics sector.
