Long-Term Balanced Fertilization Reduces Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungal Diversity in North China Soil: A 454 Pyrosequencing Study
This study examined the impact of long-term balanced fertilization on the diversity of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) in arable soil in North China. Soil samples were analyzed using 454 pyrosequencing. The results revealed a significant decrease in AMF diversity under long-term balanced fertilization. Additionally, fertilization influenced the structure of the soil microbial community. This research provides new evidence for understanding the effects of fertilization on soil microbial ecosystems.
