Why I Chose Food Science: Passion, Health, and a Growing Industry

I chose to study food science because I'm really interested in food and want to learn more about it. I hope to work in a field that helps people stay healthy and get the nutrients they need. Food science is all about how food affects our health, and I want to make a positive difference in the world by working in this area. I was also inspired by the Chinese milk powder incident, which made me realize how important food safety and nutrition are for everyone. Finally, the food industry is a great place to work because it's always growing and food is something everyone needs.
