Supply Chain Internship - Strong Communication, Organization, & Analytical Skills

During my undergraduate studies, I was the personnel manager for the work-study department, and during my graduate studies, I was the organizing committee member for my class. These roles involved not only communication and delegation, but also event organization and planning, which greatly improved my communication and organizational skills. Although I didn't have a direct supply chain internship, my internships at NetEase and JD.com involved marketing projects, data analysis, and SOP optimization, which enhanced my logical thinking and ability to handle pressure, and will benefit me in future supply chain positions. From my basic understanding, the supply chain at Mondelez involves all aspects from raw materials to store shelves, and requires a grounded team communication and collaboration. Based on my academic background, personal abilities, and career passion, I believe I am highly qualified for this position. I hope to have the opportunity to join Mondelez's supply chain team.
