Deep Learning Image Segmentation of Sheep Loin CT Images: A Comparative Study of Advanced Modules

In order to fill this gap, we chose CT images of sheep Loin to explore the technical aspects of deep learning image segmentation, and evaluated state-of-the-art deep learning modules such as FCN8s, UNet, Attention UNet, Channel UNet, ResNet34 UNet, and UNet++ for their performance in sheep Loin CT image segmentation.
