Image Segmentation of Sheep Loin CT Images Using FCN and UNet Models

Using fully convolutional neural networks (FCN) and five different UNet models, we performed image segmentation on a dataset of 1471 CT images from 25 Australian Merino and Dohne rams, including the loin area, using five-fold cross-validation.
