Well folks, let me tell you about a little change in my neck of the woods. There's a new fresh market that just opened up near my hood and let me tell you, it's been a game changer. Sure, we had a supermarket nearby but it was a trek and I only had time to go on weekends. But this fresh market, it's only a ten minute walk from my place. Before, I was too tired to cook and relied on takeout, which wasn't exactly healthy. But now, I stop by the market after work and pick up some fresh fruits and veggies to cook at home. It's like a whole new world, being able to whip up whatever I'm in the mood for. Plus, I'm learning how to cook and that's giving me a real sense of accomplishment.
