LNT Reverses DEX-Induced Splenic Lymphocyte Proliferation Inhibition and Enhances T Lymphocyte Differentiation and Cytokine Production

LNT exhibits a significant restorative effect (p<0.05) on the proliferation inhibition of splenic lymphocytes caused by DEX. Furthermore, LNT significantly promotes (p<0.05) the differentiation of T lymphocytes in the spleen and can significantly enhance the expression levels of IFN-γ, IL-2, and IL-12 (p<0.05). These results suggest that LNT can enhance the proliferation, differentiation, and cytokine production ability of splenic T lymphocytes after treatment with DEX.
