Former Secretary & Study Consultant: My Strengths for Administrative & Functional Roles
As someone who has worked as both a secretary and an overseas study consultant, I've developed a unique set of skills and experiences that I believe would make me an asset to any company. Specifically, my experience in these roles has given me:
-
Strong organizational skills: As a secretary, I was responsible for managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and keeping track of important documents. Similarly, as an overseas study consultant, I had to keep track of a large number of applications and ensure that all the necessary paperwork was completed on time. These experiences have taught me how to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-
Excellent communication skills: In both of these roles, I had to communicate with a variety of people, including clients, colleagues, and superiors. As a result, I have developed strong interpersonal skills and am able to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats.
-
Attention to detail: In my previous roles, I was responsible for ensuring that all documents were accurate and complete. This required a high level of attention to detail, which I have developed over time.
Overall, I believe that my experience as a secretary and overseas study consultant has prepared me well for a role that requires daily administrative and functional work. I am confident that I would be able to handle the responsibilities of this role with ease and am excited for the opportunity to demonstrate my abilities.
