Clarifying NSR Team Support and TSE PQ Ownership

To clarify, the NSR team does not need to review and sign off on the roadmap. Our goal is to provide them with more confidence in the levers we have in hand to support co-driving the goal. The alignment document will also cover the initiatives we plan to drive with the NSR team. By leveraging the POE levers and SQ initiatives, we can instill more confidence in the NSR team to sign off.

Please let us know how we can demonstrate to the NSR team that TSE PQ owns the lever to support them, even if ppm reduction is not the best approach. Thank you for your assistance.
