Impact of Intelligent Development on Human Capital Mismatch in China's Economic Regions
In general, the coefficients pertaining to intelligent development in the three major economic regions exhibit a negative trend. However, it is noted that only the western region demonstrates statistical significance. Moreover, the coefficient values suggest that the western region exhibits a more pronounced improvement in addressing the issue of human capital mismatch. Specifically, the eastern region stands to benefit from the development of intelligent applications and technology, which could address human capital mismatch. In recent years, the western region has demonstrated significant progress in intelligent development and presents greater opportunities for growth. As a result, improvements in conditions, applications, and technologies have the potential to mitigate human capital mismatch in the western region. Conversely, due to its geopolitical location, the central region has emerged as a significant source of outflow of talent. The development of intelligent factors in the central region has, in fact, exacerbated the issue of human capital mismatch.
