The tally of intelligent enterprises in each city was employed to gauge the level of intelligent development, and the findings are demonstrated in columns (3) and (4). Based on the regression outcomes, it is apparent that the coefficient of intelligent development has a significant negative effect at the 1% level, affirming that intelligent development ameliorates the incongruity of human capital, corroborating the robustness of the results.
