Investigating the Impact of Enterprise-Level Intelligence on Human Capital Mismatch: Evidence from China

Furthermore, utilizing the enterprise credit information query platform known as 'Enterprise Query', this study examines the advancement of enterprise-level intelligence. Specifically, Python crawler technology is employed to search for relevant content pertaining to intelligent technologies such as 'intelligence', 'cloud', 'data', 'Internet', and 'machine learning' within the 'business scope' and 'company name' columns. The number of intelligent enterprises in each city is then utilized as a measure of intelligent development, and the resulting data is presented in the respective columns (3) and (4). Regression analysis reveals a significant negative coefficient at the 1% level, indicating that intelligent development exacerbates the mismatch of human capital. These findings lend support to the robustness of our empirical results.
