A Comprehensive Index System for Evaluating Intelligent Development: Data Sources and Processing
In the context of intelligent development, a comprehensive index system requires reliable data sources. This paper utilizes a range of data sources to construct the index system. For robot data, the International Federation of Robotics (IFR) report is utilized. This report meticulously tracks the global installation and possession of industrial robots across more than 100 nations, categorized by industries and applications. This database is widely recognized as the most reliable and authoritative resource on robot research currently available. Patent data is sourced from the China Wanfang Patent Database. Additional information is drawn from official statistical yearbooks, including the China City Statistical Yearbook, China Population and Employment Statistical Yearbook, and EPS statistical data analysis platform. All variables undergo logarithmic processing for consistent scaling and interpretation. Table 2 provides descriptive statistics on these variables.
