Collaborating with NSR for Risky Seller Deep Dive and Education
Based on the aforementioned AGS SQ initiatives, we intend to collaborate with NSR's business team for their assistance in conducting a deep dive on risky sellers, collecting anecdotes, and providing education. To commence the program, we will schedule bi-weekly meetings with NSR's Master POC for reviewing risky signal escalation and monitoring the progress of actions taken. During these meetings, we may request the POC's support in gathering feedback from sellers and AMs to prioritize the impact of our initiatives. Additionally, we require NSR's team to educate sellers during their engagement and provide new AMs with relevant policy knowledge such as the difference between infringement and counterfeit and how to appeal.
