APAC POE Team Collaboration for Defect Prevention in 2023

In 2023, the APAC POE team will collaborate with the WW and Regional PQ team to establish their initiative roadmap. AGS SQ will aid in achieving this goal through three initiatives, namely: 1) Analyzing risky signals from top HDs contributed by Sellers, brands, and categories; 2) Providing local insights to detect and prevent defects proactively/reactively; and 3) Delivering targeted education for pre/post-defect Seller and AM. Based on these initiatives, we will seek support from the NSR business team on xx and xxx.
