CCR Goal Setting Process: 5 Stages for 2023 Success

The CCR goal-setting process will be divided into five stages. Firstly, we will align the direction of our goals with global stakeholders. Secondly, we will obtain historical data to facilitate a breakdown at the sub-team level. Thirdly, we will align our goals with the NSR team. Fourthly, we will update the CCR's new calculation logic with the Seller Compliance Ops team for the weekly published WBR report. Finally, we will begin tracking our progress towards our 2023 CCR goals.
