2023 NSR CCR Goal Alignment & Tracking: Sub-Team Targets & Timeline

The purpose of this document is to ensure alignment with the NSR business team regarding the 2023 NSR CCR goal number, sub-team breakdown targets, and tracking timeline. Additionally, we will review the basic logic behind CCR goal calculation and discuss the current goal status. By the end of the meeting, we aim to have reached consensus and received feedback on the proposed sub-team goal breakdown and tracking timeline.
