Improving Customer Experience (CX) Through Reduced CCR in 2022 & 2023
In 2022, we surpassed our CX goals by exceeding CN2WW CCR at x ppm, CN2WW NSR CCR at y ppm, and CN2JP CCR at z ppm thanks to our close collaboration with NSR AM POC. We achieved this through conducting a risky Seller deep dive via AM reporting SOP and implementing product improvements from the APAC POE team.
Moving forward to 2023, AGS SQ plans to further reduce NSR CCR through identifying upstream resolutions for abuse prevention with the APAC POE team. We will also focus on knowledge adoption for innocent Sellers who may have made mistakes due to knowledge gaps, in collaboration with the NSR business team.
