Patterning Strategy for Gap Squeezing: Combining Gap Squeezing and Patterning for Enhanced Thin Film Fabrication

Combine the squeezing out of gaps with patterning to take advantage of the squeezing out of gaps while introducing the shear action of the fluid brought by the development of patterning to achieve morphological control. We will focus on the directional mass transfer of solutes during film formation and the effect on crystallinity of the material under high stretching strain and high shear strain of microcolumn array pattern coating head. At the same time, the low macroscopic scale viscosity of the patterned spacer enables more uniform films to be prepared, thereby improving the repeatability of active layer processing and further promoting its large-scale commercialization.
