SnS纳米片层间耦合对高频Ag和B3g模式的影响
The high frequency (90 cm-1) Ag and B3g modes are generated due to the presence of intra-layer chemical bonds and interlayer van der Waals forces, and the lone pair of electrons in Sn2+ inducing strong interlayer coupling between SnS layers. With the increasing number of SnS nanolayers, the interlayer coupling induced by van der Waals interactions and other factors increases as the density of SnS molecules and Sn2+ along the b-axis and the corresponding bond angles change, resulting in an increase in restoring forces and thus reduction of phonons related to the Ag1 and Ag2 vibration along the b-axis and the B3g vibration along the Z-shaped direction (c-axis).
