Employment Contract

(This Contract is made and entered into this day of , 20 , by and between _________, a foreign national , hereinafter referred to as the 'Employee' and ___________, a Chinese company, with its registered address at ___________, hereinafter referred to as the 'Employer')

Whereas, the Employer desires to employ the Employee and the Employee desires to be employed by the Employer;

Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein contained, the parties hereto agree as follows:

1. Nature of Employment

The Employer hereby employs the Employee, and the Employee hereby accepts such employment, upon the terms and conditions set forth herein.

2. Place and Period of Employment

The Employee shall work for the Employer at ______________ for a period of ____ month(s) commencing from ______________ and ending on ______________.

3. Duties and Responsibilities

The Employee shall be employed as ______________ and shall have the following duties and responsibilities:

The Employee shall be under the instructions of the Employer in the performance of the duties set forth herein. The Employee shall perform such other duties as may be assigned to him/her by the Employer from time to time.

4. Working Hours

5. Remuneration

8. Other Provisions

(a) The Employee shall abide by the laws and regulations of China, and shall not engage in any activities which may be detrimental to the interests of the Employer.

(b) The Employee agrees to comply with all the rules and regulations of the Employer.

(c) The parties agree that this Contract shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
