民法典合同解除条款：一方当事人解除合同的条件

Article 83: Either party may terminate a contract if the other party violates any of the following conditions:

（一）有下列情形之一的，一方当事人可以解除合同：

1. The other party fails to perform its contractual obligations;
2. The other party is declared bankrupt or insolvent;
3. The other party has its business license revoked;
4. The other party is dissolved or terminated;
5. Other circumstances specified by law.
