本合同由以下双方于{日期}签订：

二、佣金及结算方式

Commission Agreement for Foreign Trade

This Agreement is made and entered into as of {日期}, by and between:

Party A: {Company Name}, registered in {Registered Place}, with its address at {Address}, hereinafter referred to as 'Party A'.

Party B: {Personal/Company Name}, registered in {Registered Place}, with its address at {Address}, hereinafter referred to as 'Party B'.

WHEREAS:

1. Party A is engaged in the production/sale of {Product/Service} and has full intellectual property rights and authorized sales rights.

2. Party B is a professional international trade service provider with good commercial reputation and extensive international trade resources.

3. Both parties, based on the principles of good faith, cooperation and mutual benefit, have reached this Agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises and the mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

Article 1. Cooperation Method

1. Party A authorizes Party B to be its sole international trade agent responsible for selling the Product/Service to foreign markets.

2. Party B may sell Party A's Product/Service to foreign markets through its own channels or other means.

3. Party B has the right to promote Party A's Product/Service, but must obtain Party A's prior consent.

4. Party B shall be obligated to provide Party A with timely feedback on foreign market dynamics, including market demand, price changes, competition, etc.

Article 2. Commission and Settlement Method

1. Party B's commission shall be {Commission Percentage} of the total sales amount of the Product/Service. Party A shall pay the commission based on the actual amount of Party B's sales contract.

2. When settling the commission with Party A, Party B shall provide complete sales contracts, payment receipts and other relevant materials.

Article 3. Confidentiality Obligations

Article 4. Liability for Breach of Contract

1. If Party A's failure to perform this Agreement prevents Party B from performing its obligations, Party A shall bear the corresponding liability for breach of contract.

Article 5. Dispute Resolution
