仲裁协议书：争议解决机制

本协议各方同意将因本协议产生的任何争议提交仲裁机构进行仲裁，仲裁应由仲裁机构按照其现行的仲裁规则进行。仲裁裁决是最终的，对双方均有约束力。

The parties to this agreement shall submit any dispute arising therefrom to arbitration by an arbitral institution in accordance with its current arbitration rules. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
